Estudié Empresariales, pero siempre he trabajado como periodista, título que espero seguirme ganando cada día. Escribir es lo que más me gusta. Antes, sobre economía; y, desde hace once años, sobre gastronomía, algo que casi me inventé como vía de escape y que, al final, se convirtió en mi trabajo. En abril de 2011, decidí pasar a la vida freelance y, el 30 de julio de ese año, lancé este portal, mi bebé al que consiento y maleduco para escribir lo que me apetece. Gastroeconomy aspira a ser un proyecto mucho más rentable que su actual sostenibilidad económica, con una idea clara: ni el portal, ni sus contenidos, ni yo, estamos en venta.     […] Un año más, la revista británica ‘Restaurant’ ha publicado la lista con los mejores restaurantes del mundo, y por tercer año consecutivo, está liderada por el restaurante danés Noma. Completan el podio los restaurantes españoles El Celler de Can Roca, regentado por los hermanos Roca, y el restaurante Mugaritz, de Andoni Luis Aduriz. En 2010, el restaurante danés destronó a Ferrán Adrià y El Bulli, y desde entonces ha liderado la lista durante los tres años siguientes.     ME GUSTARIA SABER QUIEN HACE ESTA LISTA, ADEMAS DE LOS CRITERIOS QUE TOMAN YO SOY ANDALUZ Y ME CUESTA CREER QUE EN ESTA BENDITA TIERRA NO HAYA NINGUNO, NO ES POR DESMERECER PERO SIEMPRE SE LLEVAN LA GLORIA DE DESPEÑAPERROS PARA ARRIBA, UNA PENA

    Me parece que en Lima Perù Hay muchos mas restaurantes, muy buenos …….
    Porque sera que no los ven ????? ni los reconocen???? por la fama de algunos ????? que tienen muchos en el mercado nacional….
    A buen entendedor pocas palabras

    Pepe yo soy de mas para arriba de despeñaperros, (valdepeñas). Y tampoco hay ninguno en la lista solo vascos o catalanes.
    Que es a nivel mundial, si fuese nacional seria normal que hubiese algun andaluz.
